Music Lessons with Rose Sage

Have a look at this everyone, a fantastic opportunity to see and get involved with live music with the Torbay Symphony Orchestra. Be a conductor, try some instruments for yourself and sit amongst the orchestra while we play the amazing Pastoral Symphony by Beethoven, quite possibly my favourite piece of orchestral fabulousness! 🎶

I play flute in TSO, I think the children will be able to sit amongst the orchestra as we play, which is such an amazing opportunity to really feel the music throughout your body rather than purely by hearing the sounds. 

My Cockington kids have all been playing and thinking about a song called Down By The Lakeside. This tune appears somewhere in the Pastoral Symphony. I will have extra lucky dips with me in the 27th for all those who can spot where they hear the tune, and especially what weather event happens just before the Lakeside tune (ask your kids about lucky dips!). Who will accept the challenge? Should I stock up with more lucky dips?  🤔
